Medical device company US Endoscopy‘s urology division has released a new product, a biopsy and retrieval forceps device.

The Mentor, Ohio-based company’s Alligator forceps provides the grip needed to safely and securely collect a biopsy or foreign bodies from the bladder or kidney, according to a statement from the company.

Last year, the company formed its US Urology division to create devices to address urologists’s problems in stone management, foreign body retrieval and tissue acquisition.
