Healthbox Chicago will launch its second accelerator in November. It will consider startups at any stage of development, but the application is this Sunday, Sept. 29.
According to a press release, acceptance into the accelerator includes:

Custom guidance and mentorship from leading industry experts and business veterans

Participation in Innovation Day, where companies showcase their solutions to hundreds of investors and healthcare leaders
