Doctor Mike Evans’ Youtube Channel is one of my favorites. Watching “23 1/2 hours” changed my perspective on how I should be treating my body.

Now, he and Movember CEO Adam Garone (TED Talk here) have created a video to promote men’s health, facial hair and Movember. This November, it asks men to find ways to move and expend more energy during the day to boost health. Also to grow mustaches (affectionately known as “mos”) to gain awareness for men’s health issues.

“Sitting is the new smoking,” Garone says in the video. Ouch. Above is the video about why being just a little more active could be the secret cure to what ails you, guys.

But it’s advice us ladies can take, too. (I guess guys need special marketing? Wink.) I may not be able to grow a good mustache, but I sure could make an effort to take the stairs or walk to my destination. And, as the website states: “Mo Sistas raise funds and encourage the men in their lives to get involved. Essentially, Mo Sistas do everything that Mo Bros do, without a Mo.”
