In a landscape where complexity has long been the norm, the power of one lies not just in unification, but in intelligence and automation.
“We were impressed with Tom’s depth and breadth of experience in health care law and his familiarity with the Cleveland area,” said Mark Moran, MetroHealth’s president and CEO, in the statement. “His is a strong addition to the senior team and we feel privileged to have him.”

“I am very pleased and excited to have this opportunity to assist the MetroHealth System in meeting the challenges presented by today’s health care regulatory environment,” Onusko said in the hospital system’s statement. “In my thirty-plus years as a health care lawyer, I have served many different providers, but MetroHealth has always been a very special place to me because of its importance to the community.”
MetroHealth is run by Cuyahoga County and is viewed by some as the health care safety-net for residents. “I look forward to working with MetroHealth’s management team and board of trustees to build on their success to date in ensuring the sustainability of this vital organization,” Onusko said.
