China calling: Drugmaker Pfizer has signed a memorandum of understanding with Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd in a bid to increase business in the Asian nation. The agreement includes strengthening the promotion of Pfizer’s Prevenar pneumococcal vaccine, which is approved for use in infants and toddlers in China, reports BusinessWeek.
