WakeMed Health & Hospitals has named Pandora Holloway its new chief compliance officer.

Holloway has worked at the Raleigh, North Carolina hospital since 1982, serving most of that time as director of compliance and audit services and managing the financial and operational audit functions for the hospital system. She was the key contact on HIPAA matters.

For the last year, Holloway has served as interim executive director of corporate compliance and chief compliance officer, giving her oversight over all of WakeMed’s hospital compliance activities including contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General.

Holloway holds an MBA from Pfeiffer University and is certified in healthcare compliance and as an Internal Auditor.
