Healthcare really could stand to learn a lot from [insert industry].

As tired as those comparisons to banking, retail and airlines are, let’s face it – they’re kind of true.

I recently stumbled across this video, which is old but illustrates some of the ludicrous realities that still exist in healthcare today, despite slow progress being made on price transparency and medical data sharing.
