When we are eating and drinking each day, we don’t often take the time to appreciate the fact that our bodies are automatically doing most of the work, and they do such a good job (usually).

There have been times when I ate something that just doesn’t seem to sit right or I get an upset stomach, and I always wish I could just see what was going on inside.
