Today, MedCity News is launching a dedicated podcast to provide another way to fulfill our editorial mission as a healthcare media organization. We are calling it MedCity Pivot. Why now? The pandemic is forcing us to do a 180 in many things in our personal lives and the same is true of virtually everything in the world of healthcare. We were plodding along a slow path of healthcare transformation when a pandemic came to shake us out of our collective stupor and smug satisfaction. It makes now an ideal time to chart out the parameters of that massive pivot that will occur in healthcare over the next few days, weeks, months and years.
