MiSalud has raised $5 million and launching the beta version of their digital health platform. MiSalud, which means My Health in Spanish, aims to make healthcare more inclusive by offering personalized healthcare services to US Hispanics through its mobile app and platform. Pivotal Ventures led the round with participation from Lowercase Capital, Rise Capital, and strategic investor, Entravision. Angel investors Alex Bitoun, Sumit Agarwal, Belsasar Lepe, and Isaac Saldana also contributed.

A healthcare startup that wants to add transparency and automation to remedy supply chain headaches, bttn, has raised $5 million in add-on funding. Its platform for medical supply procurement seeks to address supply chain issues such as price volatility and constrained access to medical supplies. FUSE led the funding.

Doceree, a global network of physician-only platforms for programmatic messaging, has hired Thomas Shea as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer for North America. Shea will lead Doceree’s  partnerships in the region and foster deeper relationships with the organization’s collaborators in the healthcare market.

Shea, the former VP, Sales of PulsePoint, is the latest strategic senior leadership hire of Doceree and will oversee revenue operations to scale the company’s growth as its momentum continues to rise in the healthcare professional communications category.
