AI comes of age during Covid
Often dismissed as overhyped, artificial intelligence applications matured during the pandemic. Providers relied on conversational AI and other tools to triage patients and communicate with them during the height of Covid-19. Separately huge leaps were made in algorithms helping to diagnose diseases as well. What are the lessons learned about how AI can be leveraged effectively and what are the challenges that must be overcome in scaling these technologies for better outcomes.
