The Mayo Clinic Care Network (MCCN) is offering physicians and other healthcare professionals a way to tap into the knowledge base of Mayo Clinic Physicians for clinical expertise, operational support, quality improvement guidance, and new technologies. MCCN offers several services within the network.
AskMayoExpert is a tool from the Mayo Clinic designed to be used at the point-of-care. It provides clinical information on hundreds of medical conditions, care guidelines and treatment recommendations.
Mayo Clinic physicians developed a clinical decision support tool to standardize care and improve care quality across Mayo Clinic. AskMayoExpert is the evolution of that work. The network also provides educational materials to Mayo Clinic Care Network members.
