More social media engagement by healthcare is helping researcher track infectious disease and patients get better customer service from their health insurers. But it’s also making it a lot harder to keep up with.
Some of my favorite hashtags (here’s looking at you, #healthIT) now see too high of a volume of Tweets to keep up with every day. In my quest for new ways to follow interesting conversations, here are some of the good ones I found, and a sampling of something you might see with each one.
