Amy Baxter, MD, FAAP, FACEP, is a clinical associate professor at Augusta University, and the founder and CEO of Pain Care Labs, whose mission is to eliminate unnecessary pain with reusable, affordable medical devices. Dr. Baxter, a pediatrician and entrepreneur, has testified for the HHS Vaccine Advisory Committee and is an NIH-funded researcher. Previously, Dr. Baxter spent 10 years as the Director of Emergency Research at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and two years as an emergency medicine physician at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
