Cortney Rowan is a Senior Design Strategist and Karuna Harishanker is a Design Strategist at Altitude, the award-winning design and innovation consultancy. At Altitude, they work with Fortune 1000 client companies leading user-focused research programs that lay the groundwork for product strategy and new business opportunities. Cortney holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Middlebury College and a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University. Karuna attended Rhode Island School of Design, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial design.
