Carol Levine

Carol Levine directs the Families and Health Care Project at the United Hospital Fund, which focuses on improving transitions in care by building partnerships between family caregivers and health care professionals. The Project’s Next Step in Care website has free guides for family caregivers and providers on a wide range of transition topics, including hospice and palliative care. Carol is also the editor of Living in the Land of Limbo: Fiction and Poetry about Family Caregiving (Vanderbilt University Press, 2014).
