Jon Knight joined Presidium Health in 2021 as VP of Business Development to be part of an organization providing comprehensive concierge level care to the most vulnerable and underserved community members. Presidium’s value-based care model aligns with his years of experience and passion as digital health start-up founder and owner/operator of home care agencies. Having seen firsthand the high-cost low-care typically provided to many in the U.S. he was motivated to join Presidium and be part of the solution to the U.S. healthcare crisis.
The implementation of patient-centric, value-based, wrap-around services that empower provider organizations to care for the whole person is essential to lowering healthcare costs and improving the lives of the super-utilizer population.
