JoAnn is a leader for the emergency services team, providing interim leadership and leading process improvement projects. She is a long-time state and national leader in the Emergency Nurses Association, for which she served as the National President in 2013. Additionally, she served on the Board of Directors for nearly a decade and is an active member of the Texas Emergency Nurses Association. JoAnn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Northwestern State University.
