Jonathan Wiggs is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Outbound AI, a company whose mission is to elevate the human work experience in healthcare. Jonathan leads Outbound AI’s engineering and IT professionals and is instrumental in establishing the tenets and framework of the company’s technology platform, real-time inference engine and Conversation AI solutions. His career spans more than 30 years with private and public entities ranging from small startups to established global leaders, including Avalara, Nuance and Jott Networks. He is an author of five U.S. patents related to speech recognition and interoperability.
