Dr. Louis Levitt, MD is the Vice President of Bethesda-based The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics, the nation’s largest independent orthopaedic group. Dr. Levitt is an orthopaedic trauma and joint replacement specialist, and currently practices in the Washington, D.C. metro area. In addition to orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Levitt is also an independent Medical Examiner, a member of the teaching staff at Georgetown University, and an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at George Washington University.
