Lúcia is a Managing Director at Health2047 Inc. A recognized leader in healthcare technology and business transformation, she brings deep operational experience in strategy, operations program delivery, and connected and digital health development to Health2047 Inc. For the past 15 years, Lúcia has served in a variety of senior executive roles at Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, she was Vice President, Healthcare Technology Program Strategy and Delivery. As a leader of Johnson & Johnson’s enterprise-wide health-tech program function, Lúcia introduced revenue opportunities in key market strongholds and launched partnerships in machine learning, analytics, big data, and EMR integration. She completed Executive Education coursework at Harvard Business School, and earned an MBA from San Jose State, a Master’s in Literature from UC Santa Cruz, and a B.A. in Foreign Languages from San Jose State where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
