Michelle Northey joined SmartLinx as the Chief Product Officer in October 2021. She brings over 25 years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry and has a proven track record of leading product strategies from conception to execution. Before joining SmartLinx, she was Chief Product Officer at benefit express, where she built a product strategy function and was a member of the executive leadership team responsible for the sale of the company. Previously, Michelle held various product leadership positions at ADP and Willis Towers Watson. She’s been responsible for the creation of products that have contributed to the movement of human capital management in human resources, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, talent management, healthcare reform, analytics and more. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL and her Master of Science in Information Systems from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. She is based in the greater Chicagoland area.
