Oliver Leatham and Leanne Larson

Oliver Leatham is Vice President, Pricing and Market Access at PAREXEL. With over 15 years of experience in his field, Leatham is a global expert in pricing and market access, specializing in real-world evidence generation, and innovative contracting and service redesign. Prior to joining PAREXEL, he served as the Head of Market Access for Astellas. Leatham and his team at PAREXEL have won multiple awards for developing new models of healthcare in Europe and joint collaborations with the National Health Service in England. Leatham is a thought leader in commercialization through real-world evidence generation, and regularly speaks at premarket approval, medical affairs and Health Economics and Outcomes Research conferences.

Leanne Larson is the Vice President and Global Head, Real-World Evidence Strategy, at PAREXEL. She has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare, featuring extensive work in pharmaceutical product development and marketing, and in healthcare technology and operational consulting. Leanne is an industry leader in developing and leading patient registries, and in advancing the science of outcomes research. She publishes and speaks widely on a variety of topics related to outcomes research. Prior to joining PAREXEL, Leanne served as VP for Quintiles/Outcome, ICON, and Sg2 Healthcare Intelligence. She also held positions in Ernst & Young’s Life Sciences consulting practice, and as a Senior Health Science Coordinator with Merck and Co. Leanne holds a Master of Health Administration degree from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Illinois. She is also an Instructor in Health Service Systems at the Keller Graduate School of Management, and is a Charter Member of the International Society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research, as well as an Invited Reviewer for The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
