Rohin K. Iyer and Robert Brackner

As Senior Director of Cell and Gene Operations, Dr. Rohin Iyer leads Marken’s advanced therapies division, managing the critical distribution of both clinical and commercial personalized medicines. Leveraging Marken’s unique cell and gene therapy (CGT) portfolio, he oversees the complex logistics across a diverse array of advanced therapeutic modalities ranging from nucleic acid therapies to CAR-T therapy, as well as the raw materials used to manufacture them. His leadership expertise includes over a decade in CGT development and over 15 years of hands-on laboratory work focused on stem cells, tissue engineering, immunotherapy development and regenerative medicine. With extensive experience in portfolio management, process development and bioprocess optimization in CGT and immunotherapy, he has played an instrumental role in supporting the clinical research and development of regenerative medicines. Rohin obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science and his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto.

Robert Brackner is Global Content Manager at Marken responsible for producing and directing communication with clear, compelling narratives. From articles to website copy, webinars to video scripts, Robert’s work connects knowledge and action, driving engagement and understanding in specialty logistics and biopharmaceuticals. Bridging the conversation between subject matter experts and target audiences, Robert is a translator of the complex and champion of the informative whose voice resonates a clear, impactful meaning. For over a decade, Robert has developed public relations campaigns and produced content on many subjects, including healthcare, engineering, manufacturing and technology. Throughout his career, he has proven a valuable liaison, helping organizations build lasting relationships and strong bonds with stakeholders. He has a meticulous eye for detail and genuine enthusiasm for impactful storytelling. Robert is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from North Carolina State University.
