Tom is the guiding force behind Spencer Health Solutions. He has more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, including CEO of Parata Systems and executive roles at Cardinal Health. Throughout his career, he has sought ways to use technology to improve healthcare delivery from the patient’s perspective. He founded spencer after his father’s lack of medication adherence led to a scary ER visit. He began thinking there had to be a better way to manage medications, leading to the birth of Spencer.
