Virtual women’s health provider Midi Health has reached unicorn status after raising a $100 million Series D, with investors backing its insurance-covered, direct-to-consumer model. The company is positioning itself as a long-term, virtual “hospital without walls” designed to meet women’s health needs across midlife and beyond.

Midi Health's Series A funding round was led by Google Ventures. In total, Midi Health has raised $40 million, including from Felicis, Semper Virens, Icon, 25M and Operator Collective. The company offers virtual care for those going through perimenopause or menopause.
The seed funding was co-led by Felicis Ventures and SemperVirens. Midi Health will use the $14 million to expand beyond California, form new partnerships and train and hire additional staff.
