As attention to value, efficiency, and new healthcare delivery and payment models increases, strong relationships between hospitals and physicians are more important than ever. The 2012 Physician Strategies Summit — set for February 19-21 at The Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Fla. — is an opportunity for healthcare executives and physicians to examine winning relationship strategies and tactics.

Now in its ninth year, the Summit has a tradition of tackling the front-burner relationship issues for hospitals and physicians. This year’s Summit features 65 presenters and includes three general sessions, two pre-conference workshops, and 28 concurrent case study sessions in four tracks — Physician Relations/Sales, Medical Staff Development and Growth, Maximizing Organizational Models, and Alignment and Integration. More than 200 healthcare and physician executives are expected to attend the Summit, which is sponsored by the Forum for Healthcare Strategists.
