The Obama administration continued its promotional campaign for healthcare reform ahead of the launch of insurance exchanges via Twitter yesterday. After the above update was sent from the president’s account, #WhatObamacareMeansToMe became a trending topic, but it seemed to generate more spite than support.

Some supporters did come out to play (and sling some mud) too.
