New Jersey life sciences trade group BioNJ just launched a program to help biotech and medtech workers grow their professional skills – with an aim to keep the state’s talent pool “contemporary, creative and competitive.”

There will be a number of programs: Project management, leadership, market access, biopharmaceutical innovation, healthcare policy, six sigma, root cause analysis, team development, sales, customer service, business development, partnering and finance, and several others, BioNJ said in a statement.
