Home health equipment manufacturer Invacare (NYSE: IVC) has added the president and CEO of Cleveland nonprofit BioEnterprise to its board.
Baiju Shah will join Elyria, Ohio-based Invacare’s board of directors, according to a company statement.
BioEnterprise was started in 2002 to help Northeast Ohio biomedical companies grow their businesses. Prior to BioEnterprise, Shah worked with consulting firm McKinsey & Co.
