Health startups will be pitching their businesses to the Internet crowd next week at the SXSW Interactive Accelerator.

Smartphone attachments, wireless platforms for teenagers and data-mining tools in the health space will be competing with other entrepreneurs focused on social media, mobile applications, entertainment, news, music and innovative web.

The matchup starts Monday with 48 companies. Eighteen will be invited back on Tuesday and the winners will be announced that evening. Check out the full list of companies here. The health companies presenting are listed below.

Simplee — money-management tool for medical expenses that connects directly with insurers to categorize and explain all medical, dental and HSA expenses in plain language.

Beyond Lucid Technologies —  electronic medical records for first responders, including robust logistical decision support and real-time information for emergency incident management. @beyondlucid

VitalClip — an iPhone accessory that measures vital signs. @vitalclip

Ginger.io — a behavior analytics platform that uses big data from mobile phones to model user behavior. @ginger_io
