The Product
Callie is a hospital communication and workflow platform designed to help patients and their care team communicate more effectively and efficiently. Hospitals can track, measure and improve the inpatient care process. It is an informatics tool to drive business process, patient engagement tool, communication tool, & workflow tool.

The Impact
When patients are able to communicate their needs and their requests go to the proper care team member, their needs are handled properly and quickly. Callie provides communication between nurses, volunteers, doctors, food service, transportation and more with each receiving only the information they need.

Callie can analyze request data to ensure proper nurse skill mix, time management, & workflow management. It can improve patient and staff engagement, and satisfaction. It leads to improved HCAHPS scores, greatly reduces costs associated with staffing and retention, increases productivity, and reduces preventable accidents.

Customer or Pilots
We do have a pilot program in the works with a few select hospitals.

Revenue Model
One model is to do a subscription of $4-$5/bed/day, including software and hardware. Add-on features, services and support are additional. Another model is to provide the hardware for free to the hospital subsidized by partnerships.
