Judi Health, a health technology company and benefits administrator, announced Thursday that it has expanded its clinical ecosystem to include Color Health, WellTheory and Cylinder.
New York-based Judi Health, previously known as Capital Rx, offers solutions for employers, unions, health plans and government entities. Its Unified Claims Processing solution supports programs for pharmacy, medical, vision and dental benefits and allows plan sponsors to add condition-specific support. Judi Health’s clinical ecosystem offers access to specialized, condition-specific programs that customers can choose from.
Through the clinical ecosystem, Color Health will offer access to cancer care through its virtual ASCO-certified clinic. WellTheory will provide virtual care for more than 100 autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, while Cylinder will offer on-demand gastrointestinal care. Cylinder was recently acquired by virtual musculoskeletal provider Hinge Health.

“When selecting partners, we look for conditions like cancer, autoimmune disease, and GI where medical and pharmacy spending are deeply interconnected, because that’s the only place the full cost of care becomes visible,” said Sara Izadi, chief clinical officer at Judi Health, in an email. “These are areas where pharmacy data alone provides an incomplete picture of both the patient experience and the true cost of care. WellTheory, Cylinder, and Color were selected because they bring deep expertise in these complex conditions and align with our vision of connected, whole-person care.”
These companies have achieved meaningful results, according to the announcement. Color Health has been shown to increase cancer screening rates by up to 77%, and more than 85% of Cylinder members report symptom improvement within 90 days. WellTheory has achieved 64% fewer emergency room visits among its members.
Existing clinical ecosystem partners include Sword Health for virtual musculoskeletal care and Progyny for fertility, maternity and menopause services.
The announcement comes as employers anticipate that healthcare cost trends will increase by a median 9.2% in 2027, according to a recent survey from the Business Group on Health. Many employers are turning to virtual health solutions to control costs, but managing multiple vendors can be a challenge.

In an interview, Kyan Health Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer Konstantin Struck discussed how Kyan gives mid-market and enterprise employers access to premium workforce mental healthcare, at a price point that is affordable.
“Our goal is to lower the total cost of care, not shift it from one bucket to another,” Izadi said. “With these partnerships, we’re trying to do two things: get ahead of progression, for example, by supporting an autoimmune patient with lower-acuity interventions before they need a biologic, and for patients who do progress, measure the total cost of care and the outcome rather than citing a theoretical savings number for avoided ER visits.”
