Amber Gill

Amber Gill is the CEO of Receptive, where she leads the company’s mission to ensure safe, compliant access to treatment with proven outcomes for people who would otherwise struggle to receive care. Raised in a small town, Amber understands firsthand how geography, stigma, and limited resources can create real barriers to healthcare. Living with ADHD herself, she has experienced how complexity and friction in the system can be obstacles in and of themselves—shaping her belief that care must be simple, empathetic, and accessible to be effective. Under her leadership, Receptive has scaled telehealth services across all 50 states, expanding from housing-related ESA accommodations into comprehensive ADHD treatment and evidence-based nutrition counseling, while building a sustainable, outcomes-driven platform designed to meet people where they are.
