Karl Ulfers is Co-founder and CEO of DUOS, which is on a mission to reimagine freedom at any age. Duos forms trusted relationships with older adults using technology and community to support fulfilling lives at home.

Ulfers has been innovating at the leading edge of digital health since 2006 where he was the VP of Consumer Solutions at OptumHealth, which is part of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH). Prior to his current venture, Ulfers was the CEO of Rally Health, Inc., a leading digital health company that develops web and mobile experiences designed to make it easier for consumers to take charge of their health and health care. As Rally’s Chief Product Officer, he was responsible for leading all innovation and technology efforts for the Rally® digital health platform and its solution sets and then became CEO.
