Melanie Dowczek

Melanie Dowczek is Global Patient Engagement CRM Solutions Leader for NTT DATA Services (formerly Dell Services). Before joining Dell, Melanie spent more than seven years at the Cleveland Clinic with three of those in the Office of Patient Experience focused on an enterprise CRM initiative. Prior to joining the healthcare industry, she served a controller for several organizations. She has an MBA from Tiffin University and BAA from Baldwin Wallace University.
