With a passion for improving the health and well-being of people living with diseases, particularly rare diseases, Monica Fay has focused her career on bridging gaps in clinical research, educational needs, and scientific communications. She is a seasoned pharmaceutical and biotech leader with 20 years of experience in building and leading Medical Affairs teams at the global, regional, and local levels across a variety of companies in different therapeutic areas. Monica has a proven track record in leading teams through early commercialization, launch readiness, and late-state life cycle management. Currently, Monica is responsible for leading and building the medical affairs efforts to support the rare disease portfolio at Moderna.
