Mykhailo Hentosh is Head of Engineering and Solutions at Binariks, where he sets the technical direction for complex software programs in healthcare and AI. A software architect and solution designer with nearly two decades in the field, he is a core member of the company's AI Center of Excellence. Much of his career has been spent on enterprise healthcare platforms, EHR and HL7 FHIR interoperability, and AI deployments that have to hold up in real clinical workflows. He is known for cutting through hype toward systems that make a measurable difference, and for challenging conventional thinking when the evidence does not support it.
